Ready to sail through one of the most beautiful corners of Galicia? Our boat tour of the Ría de Pontevedra kicks off at Puerto Deportivo Juan Carlos I in Sangenjo.
We'll start by sailing past Aguete Beach. From there, we'll continue along the ría past the Marín Naval Academy, a prestigious institution where Princess Leonor de Borbón completed part of her studies.
We'll keep cruising along the Ría de Pontevedra, skirting Tambo Island, a small spot steeped in legend throughout history. We'll hear some of the most surprising tales as we turn toward the opposite shore, where we'll take in views of the Combarro and Raxó coastline.
Before heading back to port, we'll pass the mussel raft platforms and talk about how mussels are farmed in Galicia's rías. Then we'll go from theory to practice with a delicious mussel tasting on board, paired with your choice of a glass of Rías Baixas wine, a soft drink, or mineral water.
Finally, after 1.5 hours on the water, we'll wrap up this boat tour back at the dock in Sangenjo.
