El barco és còmode, molt net i el personal és molt amable i simpàtic. El menjar és molt bo, en quantitat i força variat. La piscina ajuda molt en les tornades de les visites. Organitzativament el primer dia va ser una mica caòtic. Quant a les visites, cal preparar-se per llevar-se d'hora i veure les coses a un ritme intens, no hi ha temps per a recrear-se. El guia no ens va agradar explicava lo mínim i després anava al bar mentre fèiem la part lliure de la visita.

En general estuvo todo muy bien. Cogimos la categoría superior y el barco, aunque no era nuevo y moderno, se veía reformado y estaba todo muy limpio. Cogimos la opción superior del crucero y la habitación estaba muy limpia, la comida era buena y el personal fue maravilloso. El único punto negativo fue el guía Asam, que empañó la experiencia. El barconera bastante viejito, la comida regular, el personal muy bien. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y en la otra habitación q nos dieron había un ruido de motores terrible. Todos los barcos hacen las excursiones a las mismas horas y después los templos se quedan vacíos, se debería plantear otros horarios para poder disfrutar a gusto. El guía fue estupendo!!!

Como muchas de las reviews describen, el tour organizado por Dunas Travel es muy caótico. Tienes que ser paciente y flexible para no frustrarte y disfrutar sin mucho problema. En mi opinion, tienen mucho por mejorar en cuestión de logística, manejo de grupos, atención al cliente y explicaciones sobre los sitios de interés. Ojala que mejoren porque la ruta y Egipto ofrecen mucho y un mejor tour enriquecería la experiencia. Con todo y eso, si lo recomendaría.
